Reiki training courses

A Reiki Attunement aligns the energies of the student’s body and mind so that they can receive and transmit Reiki. The Reiki Master attunes each student individually using sacred symbols and specific mantras that represent each symbol. Once attuned to Reiki the energy will flow through the hands whenever they touch with the intention of healing/helping.  Reiki gives you the tools to become calmer, more positive and balanced and is a powerful way of connecting with yourself.

First Degree Reiki

Reiki training at Level 1 is the first step on your Reiki journey.  It is open to everyone with an interest in energy and how it works. At this level you will be connected to and learn how to channel the Universal Life Force Energy which will enable you to practice on friends and family as well as using this energy for your own self-healing.

The First-Degree tuition will cover the following:

• Welcome & introductions
• History of Reiki
• How Reiki works
• The Reiki Principles
• Grounding and Protection
• Reiki Hand Positions
• Learning to use Reiki on yourself
• Learning to use Reiki on others
• Summary of the Course/Questions & Answers

Second Degree Reiki

At Level 2 you will learn more advanced techniques and will be given the symbols as well as being taught how to send Reiki for distant/absent healing. Upon completion of your Reiki 2 Attunement, you will be qualified as a Reiki Practitioner. At this level we will also discuss how to move forward in developing a professional practice.

Third Degree Reiki

This is the first step to becoming a Reiki Master and has 2 levels – Master Practitioner and Master Teacher. It is for those who’ve completed both First and Second Degrees and have been actively using Reiki.

In all of my Courses I like to focus on the practical elements as much as the theory as I feel that it is important that you get used to working with energies & knowing what energy actually looks and feels like.

At all levels you will receive a comprehensive Reiki Manual and approved lineage; a Certificate confirming your Attunement and completion of the related training as well as full support during and after the Course.

Reiki Shares

Reiki Shares are a wonderful way of meeting other like-minded people and discussing experiences of using, receiving or training in Reiki.  The concept of a Reiki Share is for everyone attending to both give and receive Reiki healing in a supportive and loving environment. 

Shares are a good way to build an individual’s confidence and knowledge in giving treatments. Participating in a Reiki Share is very beneficial to the individual and to the whole group collectively – wherever you are on your Reiki journey.
